Our customer service organisation provides you with a convenient, single point of contact for any service-related queries, even where a solution involves components from a number of different vendors. We have based our service methodology on the recognised ITIL framework, which seeks to provide the highest quality levels across all service activities. Proactivity is at the core of our approach to service management. By developing a clear understanding of your evolving service needs, we strive to develop our own systems and infrastructure in a way that allows us to meet your future requirements when they arise, as soon as they arise.

Customer Service On-line has a wide range of features to help you manage your communications more efficiently. As a registered user, you can:

  • Access real time and historical reports on the performance of your eircom IP and Ethernet networks
  • Get up-dates on the current status of the faults you have logged with us
  • Track the real-time progress of your voice orders and certain data orders that have been placed with us
  • Place orders for a range of products including phone lines, ISDN lines and broadband lines
  • View management reports on your voice traffic and call spend
